A Real Bargin

This weekend I was able to find a used swing for $30 online. I went to pick it up and the lady threw in a bouncy seat and a boppy.

The swing retails for around $190.00 so I was thrilled to get it for $30.

Wiped it down with Clorox sheets and ran the fabric pieces through the wash and walaa just like new!!

The Results Are In

Yesterday we got the preliminarily results for LB's tumor. At this point the doctors think the tumor is classified as a CCAM. I don't really know much more than that. We will learn more in May when we met with the surgical team.

At least we have some clarification. It helps with the unknown.

Art Project

I decided to make a cute little art project for LB that I had found on Pintrest. I think it turned out pretty good.

Not bad for costing me all of about $1.00. One of my friends gave me the book since their daughter was done with it.

Craft Glue - Cardboard "B" - Bambi Book

Finished "B" to hang in LB's room somewhere

I think it pairs nicely with the dresser.

Update on LB and new photos

So today was the start of our new routine, ultrasounds every two weeks. The good news is that LB is growing and looks healthy given the circumstances. They did a very detailed look at the tumor today to try and establish the blood flow lines. Not a lot of success, however the doctor seemed to think it was most likely in the category of BPS. However, the MRI on Monday should confirm that.

We were able to get some very cute photos of LB today though so that made us very happy.

Here are a few.

LB's sucking it's thumb already.. (In the elbow knee configuration)

Waving "hi" look at those long fingers! Perhaps a piano player in our future.

Blurry tooties

Playing with it's hand. What a cute little profile photo.. Love that little nose already

With the leftover material from the quilt I decided to make some burp cloths. They are pretty cute

First Gifts for LB

LB is already so loved. I wanted to share these very special gifts that our friends have given us already. We are so lucky to have friends and family in our lives that are just as excited as we are to meet little Bean.

Aunti Tracy gave us our very first Sophia teething ring. Isn't is so cute!

Aunti Carla and Uncle Bryan gave us 2 sleepers, a cuddle blanket and some Doctor approved baby care products. Aunti Carla is a Pediatrician.

Mrs. Aunti Nancy gave us our very first knitted sweater and hat, perfect for those chilly fall days.

Happy Easter

My first Maternity Dress for Easter. Shockingly the camera seems to add about 50 lbs to this photo. Ohh well I felt cuter than this photo looks.

Now I do like this photo :) It was a little bright outside
